Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction: up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days after delivery.
    Visible damages (scratches, cracks, missing parts) must be reported within 24 hours, with photos or video.

Return Conditions
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Items that have been altered or modified will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the customer may choose to:

  • Exchange for another product

  • Receive a refund of the product’s value

Shipping fees are non-refundable when the product delivered matches the order.

Warranty
All Maison Voya products include a 30-day warranty from delivery.
To activate it, send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does NOT cover

  • Aesthetic damage after delivery

  • Liquid or moisture exposure

  • Improper use or falls

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Natural wear and tear (scratches, fading, oxidation, battery wear)

  • Intentional misuse or stress tests
